Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges at this time. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your package. You may email photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to email@example.com
Once your package has been passed off to the mail carrier we cannot be held responsible for it. The Glitter Pharmacy is not liable for lost or missing packages and will not reimburse orders when there is proof of shipping via USPS or another shipping service. If your package has not arrived in the expected time after you receive shipping confirmation, please reach out to your local mailing service with your tracking number to get a GPS tracking location on your package. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to gather any additional information.
